Entre vos Mains: Accessibility through sign language
With the support of the Hermès Corporate Foundation, Panthea provided its smart glasses at Les Subs in Lyon, enabling Deaf and hard-of-hearing visitors to experience “Entre vos mains” (Between Your Hands), an immersive exhibition created by Marc Lainé, Director of the Comédie de Valence.
While most visitors wore headphones to follow the narrator of this remarkable, fantastical journey, the panthea.live solution also made it possible to offer sign language, surtitles adapted for Deaf or hard-of-hearing visitors, or both simultaneously.

Well received by users, the initiative will be repeated on May 29 at the Théâtre National de Bretagne in Rennes.
This project is presented as part of the itinerant Transforme festival, organised by the Hermès Corporate Foundation, which supports artists committed to exploring new forms of stage writing.
